Vel'Koz's abilities apply Organic Deconstruction to enemies on hit. If 3 stacks are accumulated, the enemy will take a burst of true damage. Hitting an enemy with an ability applies a stack of Deconstruction for 7 seconds. Enemies with 3 stacks take 28 (+45%) true damage.
Attacks refresh the duration of Deconstruction.
